Delivery and Returns

Delivery times are usually 5-7 working days but please note that at busy periods this can vary so if you need it for a special date please keep this in mind.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 days please get in touch and we will sort out this issue.

If you receive a damaged parcel please take photographic record, keep the parcel and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this, returns will not be considered. Once I have received the photos of damage, we will communicate to solve the issue.

Please note goods cannot be refunded due to a change of mind. However, an exchange can be arranged (excluding commissions) provided the artwork is still sealed in the packing it arrives in and in a resalable condition. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage and an exchange will be posted once the original has been received and checked.

I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.

Please note, due to colours varying slightly from PCs, Macs and phones, the colours in your prints may vary slightly to what you see on your screen.
