You are invited to join this semi-guided self reflective journalling gathering. As we enjoy this vibrant and beautiful time of year life can get busy in different ways. Take this time out for yourself to reflect on the highs and lows of the human experience. If you haven't journalled before, no problem as there is guidance on how to journal to help with reflection. The session involves breath work and guided creative tasks.

You could bring your own journal to this session. journals are also available to purchase at the studio and paper and tasks are provided. 

Sessions at the studio are small, safe and welcoming. A drink and small snack is included.

Please note your purchase confirms your booking. 

Cancellation can be made up to 7 days beforehand but after this refunds can only be made if the place can be filled.
